We work with testers both inside and outside of our business to gain a continuous loop of feedback. This intelligence is then used to improve the product to the best it can be. The product is never finished but we practice rapid application development to get minimal viable products to market fast. We fail fast and learn from our mistakes.

Scale Fast

Once a product's traction and usefulness is proved we invest heavily in building sales and marketing team to take a product to market internationally. We also have central services of HR and Finance who help scale up a start up business.

Live video calling has now been added to watch and learn to allow users to communicate instantly from remote locations. This feature requires no downloads or plugins, simply log on to watchandlearn.co.uk on google chrome and call one of your contacts from the chat on the left-hand side

Watch and Learn Screencasts Introduced

The new screencast feature on watch and learn allows for richer information sharing within an organisation. Individuals can now record their screen and provide an audio walkthrough of their work. This adds a personal touch to the traditional handover/ communication process. To use this feature just download the Watch and Learn plugin from the chrome store.

Newlands Primary Podcast Launches

Headteacher Tammie Prince has started a podcast for Newlands Primary School to engage parents where English is their second language. Not only can it reach these parents more easily, but podcasting can be great for any busy parent. The podcast is available on Sound Branch, Spotify, and Alexa for smart speakers.
